Buzzin' Bridesmaid

I'm so in love with this new Lilly navy shift and I when I first laid my eyes upon it, I immediately envisioned all 8 of my lovely bridesmaids wearing these, complementing my gorgeous dress... we already decided to have short, navy dresses...so these would be perfect!

{via}
Then I looked closer... and closer...

And saw this guy...

{insert expletive} Boo! This dress could totally have been pulled off for a winter wedding - complete with green pashminas - if not for the stupid bee! Bee's aren't out in the winter, are they?

Groan. I love this dress... do you agree? does the bee ruin it for a winter wedding?

Maybe no one will notice the bees front and center on the ladies?? Maybe since the wedding is in Alabama where it's practically summer year round.. it's ok then?

Maybe????

Sigh.
Wah! :*(

Did you see the Jenny Yoo ones I did? They were short, one-shoulder and navy. I think the model was called "Dylan" or something if those don't work out- but I do like the dress!

you need this dress for your bridesmaids (and one for you, too, of course!).

i don't think the bee ruins it AT ALL!! maybe for a winter wedding in the northeast, but certainly not for alabama!! i tried on this dress the other day at the king of prussia store and love it! your girls will get so much wear out of it. don't let the bee deter you!

I don't think the bee ruins it. But have you seen these dresses? I used them in mine and I don't know a soul who looks bad in this dress!

I dont think you should let the bee stop you at all. The dresses are super cute and I didnt even notice the bee. And your bmaids can def wear those again and again, always a bonus!

I think it is a-okay for winter! The bee blends into the design and I wouldn't have noticed it if it weren't for pointing you out. Also, the focus of the day will be on YOU not the bridesmaids, so if anyone is looking at their dresses that closely, they are not following proper wedding etiquette, tehe!

I don't think it would be an issue. I didn't notice the bee until you pointed it out. I also love you found a beautiful dress that the bridesmaids can get a lot more use out of
